At Mishii B Jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges across Pakistan through doorstep pickup.

Exchange Period

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are available for size issues or to exchange an item for another product.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
• We may request clear photos of the item before approving the exchange.
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Process

• Once approved, our courier will collect the original item from your doorstep.
• After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be processed and dispatched.
• If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value or store credit.
• Any applicable courier or delivery charges for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
